3 DAY TRAINING
This workshop will guide teams through understanding what is required of the Wisconsin Standards for Mathematics. Teams will learn about and analyze system-wide conditions and practices that support all students at the universal level. Participants will leave with professional learning resources and activities.

Participants should bring a completed student data profile (template provided upon registration). Laptop or tablet is strongly recommended for each participant.

District Teams, including K-12 grade-level teachers, mathematics instructors / specialist, mathematics coaches, special educators, instructional leaders, building administrators, district curriculum administrators. (We recommend a team of six, with representation from elementary, middle and high school levels.) District teams must include a district and/or school-level administrator. All district team members are required to attend all three days of the training.

This TWO-DAY, TEAM-BASED workshop provides school leadership teams with the fundamental knowledge and resources to develop their school’s RtI system.

Who Should Attend: School-level leadership teams of three or more, to include:
 Principal (essential)
 Representation of general education and special education
 Specialists in the content area (either mathematics or reading) addressed by the school during this training. Examples include reading specialists, ELL, Title One, mathematics instructors, pupil services, RtI coordinators, school psychologists, gifted and talented coordinators

What to Bring:
 Due to the interactive nature of this training, attendees should bring a laptop or tablet with wireless connectivity. It will be most helpful for team members to have one-to-one access.
 Leadership team member should bring school improvement goals and plans in addition to a completed ANALYZING OUR DATA document that will be emailed prior to the training.
